Dynamic Fuels and Alliance Announce ``Dynamic Hydrogen Alliance''

Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) ("Dynamic") and Alliance Recovery Corporation (OTCBB: ARVY) ("ARVY" or "Alliance") are pleased to announce a joint project to develop a Dynamic hydrogen generator with adequate capacity to be successfully retrofitted to an ARVY reciprocating engine used in electrical generation at Alliances showcase installation. Although Alliances reciprocating engines currently meet environmental standards, the goal of this modification and the introduction of hydrogen to the combustion process will be to further reduce emissions, extend engine life, reduce fuel consumption, and improve overall engine performance. This joint project, when completed, will convert Alliances conventional reciprocating engines into a hybrid that subsequently will be replicated in all showcase engines and subsequent installations in the US and around the world.

Dynamic is currently establishing itself as a leader in the commercialization of hydrogen fuel technology in the US transportation industry. Its products and services are being implemented through its Dealer Network in the United States and are designed to improve mileage and reduce emissions while extending oil and engine life. Feedback from US trucking industry representatives to date has been overwhelmingly positive. Both Dynamic and Alliance are very optimistic about the modifications being proposed to adapt Dynamic's technology to Alliances reciprocating engines. Reciprocating engines presently in use in the generation of electricity are currently utilizing conventional scrubbing technology to allow them to meet environmental regulatory standards.

Mr. Peter Vaisler, President and CEO of Alliance, commented that "it is Alliances position that we have an environmental responsibility to continue to search for improvements, to develop technology alternatives, to implement operational strategies to minimize environmental impact and to set new operational and performance standards. This joint project with Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. to develop reciprocating hybrid engines for electrical generation at all our facilities is exemplary of Alliances commitment to environmental excellence."

Mr. Thomas Fairfull, President and CEO of Dynamic, stated that "we are extremely excited about this new relationship with such a cutting-edge company as Alliance Recovery Corporation and all of the possible ramifications of further extending Dynamic's core technology. This project is an additional indicator that Dynamic's proprietary technology and processes have many potential markets, even beyond our existing focuses and we are thrilled to be able to enter into this endeavor with Alliance to explore this new market."

About Alliance Recovery Corporation

Alliance is a developmental stage company that plans to construct a showcase "waste-to-energy" facility at one of several sites currently being investigated. Alliance's waste to energy facility will recover a fuel oil as a result of a thermal chemical process that converts rubber waste including used or scrap tires, to oil. Subsequently, the recovered oil is used to fuel large reciprocating engines driving alternators making electricity. Recovering a fuel oil from rubber waste will contribute to fossil fuel conservation efforts and ultimately help reduce the consumption of America's energy resources. In addition to the sale of electricity generated from the recovered fuel oil, several additional valuable bi-products produced in the thermal chemical conversion process will also be sold into either domestic or international markets. Alliance's processing facilities can be located, constructed and operated to meet the specific needs of the community and operated in an environmentally friendly manner.
