TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN will host Spring Events

A Number of These Events will be Held During the US Spring Break Period.

TOKYO, Japan - Feb. 23, 2023 - PRLog -- TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN, operated by TOBU TOWER SKYTREE CO., LTD and TOBU TOWN SOLAMACHI CO. LTD, will host several events during the US Spring Break. From March 1 (Wed) to April 9 (Sun), 2023, a special lighting called Mai will be turned on to make TOKYO SKYTREE look like the world's tallest cherry tree! At the same time, there will be a meet and greet with TOKYO SKYTREE's official character, Sorakara-chan, in a special springtime costume.

In addition, TOKYO Solamachi® will hold its annual "TOKYO Solamachi Cherry Blossom Festival," where visitors can enjoy hanami or cherry blossom viewing. At the Sky Arena on the 4th floor of TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN, in collaboration with "Oz Magazine" magazine, the "YORIMICHI CAFE STREET" will come alive for five days only. During this time, about 20 popular stores in the Oshiage area, will offer coffee, sweets, gourmet foods, and miscellaneous goods, as was the case last year.

(1) Special Lighting Mai

TOKYO SKYTREE will be colored in shades of pink, with white intersecting lights twinkling like cherry petals.

(2) Greeting with Sorakara-chan in a limited time spring costume

Tokyo Skytree's official character, Sorakara-chan, will be dressed in a special spring costume to welcome visitors to Tokyo Skytree.

(3) TOKYO Solamachi Sakura Festival

Visitors can enjoy hanami while viewing the artificial cherry blossoms set up in Solamachi Square on the first floor of TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.

March 25 (Sat) - April 9 (Sun)

(4) YORIMICHI CAFE STREET

A collaborative POP-UP event with "Oz Magazine" will be held again this year. About 20 stores, including popular coffee, sweets, gourmet, and sundry venues in the Oshiage area will be opened for 5 days only.

March 31 (Fri) - April 2 (Sun) & April 8 (Sat) - 9 (Sun)

(5) Sakura Menu & Sweets

Limited-edition menus and sweets featuring cherry blossoms will be available at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.
