Backed by General Motors Co., Honda, Microsoft, T. Rowe Price and Walmart, Cruise has raised $10 billion in funding to develop and roll out its services. The San Francisco-based autonomous rideshare service is now operating in Austin, and the company's CEO shared insight into the rollout in Central Texas and Arizona.
