Former Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam accepted the pitch to become majority owner of The Nashville Predators by July 2025 for three reasons. One of them is his faith in the city's explosive growth: "I'm very bullish on Nashville … I think Nashville, if we manage the things we need to manage in the right way, can be an even better town."
