The singer-songwriter-engineer has a euphonious voice with a confident approach in "Toxic" that expresses a toxic cycle after a breakup. Platinum music producer David Ballard created a West Coast-inspired record with heavy-hitting 808 and melodic tunes. Melodii took a controversial topic and created a record that has everyone acknowledging their own toxic ways. Teaming up with Rapper-Comedian-Instagram sensation Delly Fever, the two talented young ladies deliver lyrics that are unapologetic, sexy, and extremely blunt.

Speaking of the meaning behind the track Melodii explains, "I think we are all a little toxic, whether we want to admit it or not. I'm not glorifying toxicity, I'm just saying the things that people are thinking, feeling, or just too ashamed of admitting out loud. Breakups can be messy especially when love and feelings are involved so I wanted to write a record that was real, personal, and relatable."
