Chicago man with pending gun cases charged with carjacking man at gunpoint, admits to murder: Report

Julius Flowers, 23, and Isaiah Walker, 22, were both ordered to be held without bail in connection to a carjacking in West Rogers Park on the city’s North Side around 6 a.m. on Dec. 1, according to a local report.
