SEC fines JPMorgan $125 million for failing to keep records

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Friday that J.P. Morgan Securities, a subsidiary broker-dealer of JPMorgan Chase & Co., agreed to pay $125 million to resolve charges that it failed preserve written communications of its employees.
