Cyber criminals and hackers are becoming more and more rampant Multinational wealth management company suffered heavy losses

The core server of the artificial intelligence trading system in Ukraine was attacked by the hackers recently.  The well-known American based wealth management company, IBM CAPITAL CORPORATION who owned the system is suffered for heavy losses after 500 million US dollars’ worth of digital currency was stolen after the cybercrime. The incident has been handed over to the Ukrainian police for further investigation.

The IBM spokesperson said: "We found that the system was abnormal last month after receiving multiple complaints from our customers. After a thorough inspection by our company's technicians, we found traces of hacker intrusion. We have immediately asked our technicians to conduct a rescue but however, we can only prevent the virus that implanted by the hackers from continuing to infect. We were failed to rescue the system and also unable to retrieve the documents that have been severely damaged by the virus. For this hacker attack, we also truthfully notify all our customers through official letters. After all, unfortunate things have been happened."

With regard to this hacking attack which is enough to bring down a multinational company, the company's  senior  management  held  several  meetings  recently  to  discuss  the  possible countermeasures. According to a reliable source, the company's board of directors has already made the sore decision to close down the company, while the company's CEO is still insisting on disagreeing and there are constant disputes between the two parties.

Today, the hacker intrusions are happening frequently. Almost every financial or blockchain operating company in the world is facing the cybercrime's advanced technological threats, at any moment. It is sad to say that the security of today's Internet is really questionable.
