David comes to MC Companies with over twenty years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, portfolio management and capital markets for public and private companies. Over the course of his career in real estate, David has closed over $7 billion in transactions and managed $24 billion in assets. Prior to joining MC Companies, David served as Head of Capital Markets for a $15 billion publicly-traded REIT where he raised several billion for that company.

MC Companies made this strategic hire to solidify the executive management team and add leadership with institutional experience and relationships to ensure the company's goal of expanding their portfolio from 6,000 units to 25,000 units by 2029. David will lead MC Companies' growth, drive operations, portfolio performance, and oversee capital raises and joint-venture relationships.
