Farmers National Banc Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

On February 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of March 8, 2019, and is payable to shareholders on March 29, 2019.

Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, stated, “It is my pleasure to announce the Board of Directors has approved a 29% year-over-year increase to the company’s first quarter dividend. This is the fourth increase to Farmers’ dividend in three years reflecting the company’s strong financial and performance results, and the Board’s commitment to create value for our shareholders.”
