NEW YORK, June 15 (Reuters) - Hospital operator HCA Holdings said it has agreed to pay $1.45 billion for The Colorado Health Foundation's 40 percent stake of a joint venture with HCA in a deal that would expand its ownership of hospitals and surgical facilities in the Denver area.
