CyberOptics Corporation Hires Daniel Good As Vice President of Corporate Development

CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBE) today announced that it has hired Daniel Good as Vice President of Corporate Development.

Good, 49, previously served as Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Product Management, for Storage Genetics, Inc. of Longmont, CO., a start-up company focused on innovative flash memory storage products. Prior to that, he held various management positions with Seagate Technology, including Vice President, Security Product Management, and Vice President, New Business Initiatives.

Iverson, CyberOptics’ Chief Executive Officer and Chair, commented: “Dan Good, a seasoned executive with strong credentials in the high-tech arena, will significantly strengthen our senior management team. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Dan will work closely with our team at managing CyberOptics’ growth strategies. He also will be evaluating potential new markets and applications for our sensor and inspection system technologies that can be pursued organically as well as through strategic acquisitions.
