Author B. Lois Wadas Releases “The Good Breast Expanded Version: Relations and You”
This work has a strong sense of intimacy throughout. It conveys information, a form of confirmation that aids in comprehension of our shortcomings. It functions somewhat like a washcloth at the same time. One that enables us to see our reflection in the clouded and discolored mirrors.
Author B. Lois Wadas leads us on a trip that emphasizes reflection, encouraging us to acknowledge our challenges and delve deeper into ourselves and our relationships. There is a focus on the constant requirement for progress. Also discussed is forgiveness, where the author aims to provide us with greater guidance on how to forgive many of the underlying causes of our anger.
Here, Lois' message is concise and really clear. “The Good Breast” is a book that recognizes how, although appearing to be grownups, we are actually still children on the inside. As adults, we develop greater problem-solving skills, the ability to contain our suffering, and other ways to respond to anxiety. Since we are grownups, we are aware that this is what the outside world demands of us. However, the book teaches us that we must discover how to express who we really are. We must simultaneously investigate the reasons behind our difficulties.
That is a really lovely aspect that B. Lois Wadas emphasizes in her art. How much of our lives are spent reacting to the factors that shaped our personalities, hoping that things would get better while continuing to bury our hurt and rage. We only realize how damaging it is as we get older. However, we don't always understand why we are hurt. “The Good Breast” can help us understand the underlying reasons for our anger and hurt.
