Lynk, an AI-driven knowledge management platform, announced its acquisition of Juven, a multi-use members engagement and events registration platform that benefits membership associations, marketers and event organizers. 

Membership organizations are looking for better ways to engage with their members yet require increased coordination to help them interact and promote knowledge sharing amongst their peers. Lynk Circle is set to help membership organizations by:

 A recent report from the ASAE Research Foundation stated, “associations need to rethink how they can provide value to members regarding information and knowledge as they can play a role in helping members determine the most important and most relevant information for their needs.”

Juven's platform capabilities seamlessly complement Lynk Circle's existing knowledge management solutions. Unveiled in May, Lynk's purpose-built SaaS solution, Lynk Circle, enables businesses and organizations to unlock knowledge and insights in their people networks to increase productivity and offer added benefits to employees and members.
