Allegra S. Harrington's “Topography” Featured at World's Largest Library Association Gathering
The inspiring book for personal growth “Topography: Mapping your path to your Most Authentic Self” by Allegra S. Harrington is a one-of-a-kind visual memoir that draws on animal knowledge, personal symbolism, and the raw, honest narration of a passionate artist who ventured to restart her life by listening to her intuition, sleeping dreams, and the clear messages from nature and animals.
“There are so many opportunities to express ourselves in this world in a sacred way. It is my hope that this book may be one of those opportunities for your expression.”
To help her navigate life's uncertain terrain, passionate author Allegra S. Harrington developed her own personal map-creating approach. As she extended her arms wide to enable readers into her world, her physical and psychological journey spoke powerfully for the universal feminine route of finding liberation through one's artistic skills.
One of the most important lessons in this book is how to truly love oneself in such a way that it helps the reader progress in their personal growth. It motivates people to look for solutions to protect themselves from the anxiety and troubles that life might bring.
ReadersMagnet displayed this moving book at The American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference and Exhibition on June 24-27, 2022, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington DC.
