Under the contract, the school district will install Mobile Data Collectors, 360 Surround Vision, and interior video on approximately 21 additional buses and subscribe to the Company’s AI-assisted video management offering for video analytics and storage. The school district was an early adopter of the Company’s hosted subscription services with 11 subscriptions and is now expanding to 32 subscriptions. The expansion contract announced today is valued at approximately US $180,000 plus monthly-recurring subscriptions.

Gatekeeper's 360 Surround Vision is a perimeter visibility system which provides a surround view of the school bus and is automatically activated when the bus is reversing or making side turns. The surround view is displayed on a specialized rear-view mirror system allowing drivers to monitor school children all around the bus.
