What is the market telling us

Celsius’s shares are extremely volatile and have had 33 moves greater than 5% over the last year. In that context, today’s move indicates the market considers this news meaningful but not something that would fundamentally change its perception of the business.

The previous big move we wrote about was 4 days ago when the stock gained 3% on the news that investors shifted toward safer consumer staples after last week’s sell-off, favoring beer, food, household, and beauty names tied to everyday spending. A sharp drop in oil on hopes of U.S.-Iran talks eased some of the inflation strain on the market, and these steadier names rose with that turn. The main indexes opened higher, with technology and AI-related stocks firming after crude dropped on growing hopes of a U.S.-Iran deal, Reuters reported. Bloomberg said stocks and bonds rose together after Iran’s supreme leader gave the government approval to pursue talks that could ease the war’s strain on Middle East supply. Brent sank to around $106 a barrel. Early in the session the S&P 500 was up 0.5% and the Nasdaq 100 up 0.6%, with beaten-down technology megacaps leading. West Texas Intermediate was down 6.4% at $97.48, and the 10-year yield was down four basis points at 4.89%. The shift in the tape is cheaper oil and a steadier AI trade. The beer, food, and household names above are higher alongside that rebound.

Celsius is down 32.6% since the beginning of the year, and at $32.17 per share, it is trading 43.3% below its 52-week high of $56.69 from January 2026. Investors who bought $1,000 worth of Celsius’s shares 5 years ago would now be looking at only $928.34.

ONE MORE THING: The $21 AI Application Stock Wall Street Forgot. While Wall Street obsesses over who’s building AI, one company is already using it to print money. And nobody’s paying attention.

AI chip stocks trade at ridiculous valuations. This company processes a trillion consumer signals monthly using AI and trades at a third of the price. The gap won’t last. The institutions will figure it out. You need to see this first. Read the FREE Report Before They Notice.
