Portalz Publishes FES World First Architecture Introducing a New Cryptographic Platform

SUNSHINE COAST, Australia - Aug. 5, 2026 - PRLog -- Portalz today announced the public release of its FES World First technical architecture, documenting four architectural innovations that together define the company's Fractal Encryption System (FES). The publication forms part of the company's 2026 enterprise technology rollout and expands the publicly available technical documentation describing the FES architecture:

According to Portalz, the published material introduces a new cryptographic architecture developed from first principles rather than as an extension of conventional encryption systems. The company states that FES combines four independent architectural foundations which together define its security model.
The published architecture identifies four claimed world firsts:
- Whole-of-Payload Transformation implementing what Portalz describes as a Logic Impossibility security model.
- Hyperchaotic Fractal Navigation providing a new entropy architecture through Fractal Stream generation.
- Unlimited configurable multidimensional fractal state-space, enabling configurable cryptographic environments.
- Multi-Dominion Cryptography, allowing independent cryptographic domains to be defined under enterprise control.
Portalz states that these four architectural foundations collectively distinguish FES from conventional computational cryptography by introducing a different security architecture rather than another encryption algorithm.
"The purpose of this publication is to describe the FES architecture and the four foundational innovations from which it is constructed," said Wolfgang Flatow, creator of the Fractal Encryption System. "FES was developed as a new cryptographic architecture. During subsequent analysis, we recognised that one of its resulting security properties aligns with Shannon's OTP information-theoretic principles, while the architecture itself remains an original implementation."
The company believes the publication establishes a new framework for discussing cryptographic security by distinguishing between systems founded upon computational difficulty and those founded upon what Portalz describes as Logic Impossibility.
Portalz expects the publication to support ongoing technical evaluation of the FES architecture as additional enterprise technologies, including Dominion Server, FOTP and related infrastructure, are publicly released throughout 2026.
