North Louisiana Football Alliance Launches Expanded Life Skills Program With Career & Trade Partnerships

The NLFA Life Skills Program was created to address a growing need among young athletes whose college opportunities may be limited or uncertain, while still providing structure, mentorship, and tangible next steps toward employment or skilled training. While the NLFA serves as a spring developmental football league, its mission extends far beyond competition.
"Our goal is simple," said NLFA leadership. "Every athlete who enters the NLFA should leave with more than film and game experience—they should leave with options, direction, and a realistic pathway toward a career."

Bossier Parish Community College – EMPWR LA

North Louisiana Technical Community College (NLTCC)
