BUKIT TIMAH, Singapore - May 23, 2025 - PRLog -- In a landmark partnership, Patrick Aloni, chairman of the ICA Group of Companies, has signed a $180 million joint venture agreement with Hax Global Resources, a multinational infrastructure conglomerate operating in over 40 countries.
The joint venture launched under the name ICA Hax Holdings—will develop mining and logistics infrastructure across East Africa and Central Asia, focusing on sustainable mineral extraction, export corridors, and next-generation logistics powered by AI platforms.

Initial projects are slated for Tanzania, Laos, Ghana, and Mongolia, including:
- Inland port development to support mineral exports

This partnership positions ICA Group of Companies at the forefront of emerging market infrastructure development, blending Aloni's private equity expertise with Hax Global's engineering dominance.
