("Sonim") support immediate and meaningful boardroom change by voting "FOR" the election of three director candidates (Joseph M. Glynn, Surendra Singh and Michael Wallace) proposed by AJP Holding Company, LLC ("AJP") and Orbic on the BLUE proxy card.
