That's because cold water temperatures cause fish like haddock and cod - as well as shellfish like oysters, clams, and mussels - to build more fat for insulation. This makes fall and early winter a perfect time for Post 1917 to highlight its ocean offerings. Seafood lovers can share starters like black truffle lobster arancini, lobster tacos, and calamari before ordering the restaurant's famed seafood tower, built with layers of shrimp, crab legs, lobster tails, and oysters on the half-shell.
