Extreme Networks Snags an Upgrade on Inventory Normalization
Extreme Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: EXTR) is a cloud-driven networking solutions provider that serves three seemingly “recession-proof” industries: government, education and healthcare. With nearly 40% of their revenues coming from government and education, this computer and technology sector company should fare relatively well even in uncertain macroeconomic conditions. B. Riley Securities upgraded Extreme Networks shares to a buy rating from hold. Analyst David King feels channel inventory and demand have been improving, notably with the normalization of channel inventory.
