Mandi MacDonald, Eric Prensky, Juliet Saxe, and Sonya Stevens will be elevated to Senior Partner, effective immediately. These promotions validate the tremendous impact they have had on the firm throughout their time at RHR, giving them increased accountability to shape the firm’s long-term business strategy in light of macro environmental factors, as well as its approach to supporting C-suite executives, boards, and enterprises as they navigate a new leadership norm where complexity is a constant.

• Mandi MacDonald brings 15 years of leadership advisory experience, including 10 years at RHR. She has established a strong track record leading the firm’s most complex client engagements, specializing in leadership assessment, executive coaching, CEO succession, and board effectiveness across different industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare and energy. Mandi combines deep expertise with a collaborative approach that drives impact for clients and consulting teams alike. Mandi will also step into the role of Regional Leader for Canada, and expand her strategic oversight across the firm.
• Eric Prensky has nearly 15 years of experience working with senior executives from a variety of industries across public and private markets, including healthcare and life sciences, financial services, technology, and QSR/retail. His expertise is in CEO and board advisory, building world-class executive teams, and leading large client engagements that support enterprise succession planning and talent development. Eric will continue his responsibilities as Regional Leader for the US West Region, a role he has held for the last five years, where he oversees consultant selection and development, and prepares the firm’s talent to support clients’ current and future needs.
• Juliet Saxe brings over 25 years of leadership consulting experience, merging strategy and behavioral sciences to drive organizational transformation worldwide. In her seven years at RHR, she has managed the West Region’s largest accounts while serving as a Strategic Client Partner overseeing client engagement strategy. A PhD in psychology and ICF-certified coach, Saxe specializes in CEO succession and board effectiveness across life sciences, medtech, healthcare, financial services, CPG, and technology.
• Sonya Stevens brings over 20 years of leadership advisory experience and training as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and ICF-certified coach to help clients navigate their most critical business challenges. Sonya joined RHR five years ago and in that time, has consistently built strong client and colleague partnerships anchored in deep-rooted credibility and trust. Her contributions were recently recognized with the 2026 Outstanding Practitioner Award from the Canadian Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As Senior Partner, Sonya will broaden her responsibilities to play a larger role in driving the firm’s health and future-looking strategy.
