Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

A woman between 45 and 55 years old, single, and fully available for global travel.

Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or Spanish are strong advantages.

Well-presented, confident, and able to represent the executive in diverse cultural and professional contexts.

Key Requirements

Professionalism: Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Travel Readiness: Valid passport, visa flexibility, and willingness to travel worldwide—sometimes on short notice.

Character: Loyal, discreet, resourceful, and calm under pressure.

Organization & Tech Skills: Strong command of scheduling, email, messaging apps, and office tools.

Core Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate complex international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transport).

Handle scheduling, reservations, and daily logistics across multiple time zones.

Manage communications, documents, and appointments with precision.

Liaise with hotels, airlines, service providers, and event teams.

Provide assistance during meetings, dinners, and professional events.

Anticipate needs, resolve issues on the spot, and maintain strict confidentiality.
