She has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of CRM ranging from design, licensing sales, database implementation and setup, customization, integration and marketing strategies and automation, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting, with expertise in assisting mortgage and real estate professionals.

Donna was a task force leader at Cisco Systems for many years before becoming a CRM consultant and has also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business operations using CRM solutions. Among other achievements, Quisenberry has appeared as a keynote speaker at national mortgage events. She also has contributed to many professional trade publications and is featured in the Expert’s Corner of a national mortgage organization. As president of Q2 Database Consulting Services, Donna Quisenberry also designed and implemented numerous databases for major corporations, including First National Bank, Piedmont Bank, Westerra Credit Union, Capstone, HomeTrust, Envoy, Fairway Independent Mortgage Company, CrossCountry Mortgage, and many more.
