Parade Technologies Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Parade Technologies, Ltd. (Taipei Exchange: 4966.TWO), a leading high-speed interface IC supplier, today announced financial results for the second quarter fiscal year 2026 ended June 30, 2026, and provided guidance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026.

Consolidated revenue was US$134.48 million and consolidated net income was US$18.78 million. Basic and fully diluted after-tax earnings per share (“EPS”) were US$0.24 (NT$7.66) and US$0.24 (NT$7.64), respectively. These results compared to consolidated revenue US$133.50 million and consolidated net income of US$22.79 million, or US$0.29 (NT$8.95) and US$0.29 (NT$8.92) per basic and fully diluted share, in the year-ago quarter.

In US dollars, the second quarter of 2026 consolidated revenue increased 6.61% sequentially and was up 0.73% year-over-year.

The gross profit in the second quarter of 2026 was US$54.06 million, representing an increase of 6.35% from the previous quarter and a decrease of 6.06% compared to the same quarter of last year.

Based on current business outlook, Parade is providing the following guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2026:

  • Revenue: US$139 ~153 Million
  • Gross Margin: 40% ~44%
  • Operating Expense: US$33.0 ~36.0 Million
