RTA earns its second Fortune workplace ranking of 2026, with 99% of employees saying its Intentional Culture makes it a great place to work.

RTA: The Fleet Success Company, a leading provider of fleet management software and consulting services, today announced it has been named No. 48 on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology™ list, produced in partnership with Great Place To Work®.

The recognition marks RTA's second Fortune workplace ranking of 2026, following its No. 34 placement on the Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ list in September. In March, RTA Fleet also earned its third Great Place To Work Certification™ in four years.

The recognition reflects a workplace culture that employees overwhelmingly believe in. According to RTA's latest Great Place To Work survey results:

  • 99% of employees say RTA is a great place to work.
  • 100% say management is honest and ethical.
  • 100% say people care about each other.
  • 100% say new employees are made to feel welcome.

"Great cultures don't happen by accident. You have to be intentional about building them," said Josh Turley, CEO of RTA Fleet. "We've worked hard to create a place where people trust each other, feel valued, and get to do meaningful work. Two Fortune rankings in one year are exciting, but knowing our people believe in the culture we're building is what matters most."

That philosophy extends beyond RTA’s own walls. Intentional Culture is one of the four pillars of The Fleet Success Playbook, RTA’s framework for helping fleets succeed, alongside Stakeholder Satisfaction, Resource Efficiency, and Risk Management. The pillar centers on leaders deciding what kind of workplace they want to create and taking ownership of building it.

They also recognized Intentional Culture at their annual conference, RTA Connect 2026 in Chicago on October 14, presenting its inaugural Intentional Culture award to Lehi City, Utah, for its efforts to build a strong workplace culture.

"Fleet managers have a tough job. They're responsible for keeping essential services running, often with limited people, time, and resources," Turley said. "We believe strong teams start with trust and leaders who care about their people. That's what we're working to build at RTA, and it's what we want to help fleet leaders build in their own shops."

RTA Fleet serves fleet professionals responsible for maintaining the vehicles and equipment that transport students, support first responders, and keep our communities running. Its commitment to building a healthy, accountable team reflects the importance of supporting the people who keep those operations moving.

Fortune and Great Place To Work® developed the Best Workplaces in Technology™ list using survey feedback from 144,000 U.S. employees working in the technology industry.
