Neha Motwani, Managing Director, has over 25 years of biopharma investment banking experience, most recently serving as Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at William Blair. She previously held senior investment banking roles at Truist Securities, Oppenheimer and Company, Stifel Financial, and Cowen and Company. She has advised on transactions worth over $7 billion across equity and equity-linked financings, as well as M&A advisory. Ms. Motwani graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Brian McKenna, Managing Director, specializes in institutional research sales. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Roth Capital Partners and served as Managing Director, Quantitative Survey Group Global Relationship Manager. Over the course of his career, he has held senior equity sales leadership roles at OTR Global, Cantor Fitzgerald, William Blair, Susquehanna Investment Group, and Thomas Weisel Partners. Mr. McKenna is a graduate of American University.

Fozia Ahmed, Ph.D., Associate Analyst, joins Brookline’s growing equity research department. Prior to Brookline, Dr. Ahmed served as a Senior Equity Research Associate at Rodman & Renshaw, EF Hutton, and Roth Capital Partners. She has a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering, a Master’s in Biotechnology, and a Certification in Advanced Nanotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.

Connor Norton, Head of Corporate Access, brings to Brookline a background in healthcare primary market research for healthcare hedge fund clients through his prior role at Third Bridge Group, as well as healthcare portfolio strategy and capital allocation analysis at Global Investment Advisory. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Vermont.
