Wesleyan Impact Partners Names Rich Coffey as Director of Impact Growth.
Coffey has held leadership roles at large national corporations and mid-sized companies across various industries, including legal services, real estate, and advertising, working closely with C-suite executives to enhance impact and optimize operations. Most recently, he founded the Coffey Advisory Group, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations develop strategic growth initiatives and implement scalable best practices.

Coffey holds a finance degree from Trinity University, where he was a two-sport athlete in football and track, and an MBA in operations from St. Edward’s University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
