Part of the Interval International affiliate network, Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is one of several resorts that offers Interval members access to top-notch amenities and luxurious slopeside accommodations in Breckenridge, Colorado. The property is one of Breckenridge Grand Vacations' leading resort properties.

Under this renewal, Interval International will continue to offer membership, exchange and travel services for owners at Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Grand Lodge on Peak 7, which comprise Breckenridge Grand Vacations. These three luxurious Colorado resorts will remain accessible to Interval members and a spectacular mixed-use property currently under construction - the Imperial Hotel and Private Residences - will be a new addition to the Interval Network. With the expected opening of the first phase at the end of 2027, the resort will offer more than 170 elegantly appointed whole ownership and timeshare units and feature several unique offerings - a speakeasy, ski shop, pet play area, kennel and spa are just some of the amenities included in the plans.
