RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) announced today it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the fiscal 2026 first quarter ending December 31, 2025. The 1Q26 dividend is payable December 30, 2025 to holders of record at the close of business December 15, 2025.

This marks RCI’s 40th consecutive quarter of paying cash dividends. Over that time, the quarterly dividend has increased by 133% from $0.03 per share since it was initiated in the fiscal 2016 second quarter.
