Hims & Hers Health, Inc. Announces $250 Million Share Repurchase Program Authorization

Supported by strong balance sheet, program provides flexibility for Company to capitalize on valuation disconnects over the next three years

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (“Hims & Hers” or the “Company,” NYSE: HIMS), the leading health and wellness platform, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $250 million of outstanding Class A common stock over the next three years. This new program follows the successful completion of the Company’s prior $100 million share repurchase program, established in July 2024, which has now been fully utilized.

“We continue to see opportunities where the market value of our Class A common stock may not fully reflect what we believe is its intrinsic value,” said Co-founder and CEO, Andrew Dudum. “With our strong balance sheet and projected future cash flows, this new program gives us the flexibility to capitalize on those moments and continue delivering value for our shareholders.”

Hims & Hers intends to use the program to repurchase shares on a discretionary basis from time to time, subject to general business and market conditions and other investment opportunities, through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions or other means, including through 10b5-1 trading plans. The repurchase program may be commenced, suspended or discontinued at any time.

The decision to implement this repurchase program demonstrates the Company’s balanced approach to capital allocation. Hims & Hers remains focused on executing its growth strategy and investing in innovation, while maintaining the flexibility to act opportunistically when it believes the value of its Class A common stock does not fully reflect the strength and potential of the business.
