Will Rompala Joins Life Science Connect as Chief Technology Officer
Life Science Connect ( “LSC”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Rompala as Chief Technology Officer. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Mr. Rompala joins LSC to lead a comprehensive organizational transformation that includes technology, product and process enhancements. Mr. Rompala brings more than two decades of experience in data science, advertising intelligence, software engineering and organizational change to his role as CTO. Before joining LSC, he held CTO roles at Health Union and Sidecar, where he applied machine learning and data-driven strategies. Mr. Rompala’s career includes leadership positions at Kantar Media, where he led a global organization of hundreds across 14 countries as well as all software engineering across North America, and at companies such as PointRoll, iPipeline, Corviant Corporation and JP Morgan, where he built and managed technology teams and developed innovative systems. Mr. Rompala's expertise spans creating large-scale patient communities, leveraging data to optimize business processes, and driving technological advancements across industries, all of which will lend itself to the strategic growth of LSC.

This effort will utilize advanced analytics, identity resolution, and machine learning to convert raw data into a critical business asset.
- Operational Excellence: His skills in applying OKR frameworks and implementing Agile methodologies will be key to refining engineering and product development practices. This will promote a more predictable, scalable, and dependable delivery process.
- Strategic Leadership: With broad experience in M&A, due diligence, and managing multi-million dollar technology budgets, he will ensure technology investments align with business goals.
