The Chop House, part of the restaurant group that introduced the award-winning Connors Steak & Seafood to the Southeast, announced plans to open The Chop House in Alcoa, Tennessee, in spring 2026. Scheduled to open in spring 2026, The Chop House Alcoa will feature rich wood décor and comfortable seating that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant will offer a menu of hand-cut steaks and chops, fresh seafood prepared in-house, and signature cocktails, continuing the brand's tradition of combining premium offerings with friendly service in a relaxed, upscale-casual environment.

The location will be open daily for lunch beginning at 11 a.m., featuring a thoughtfully curated lunch menu, and will also host compelling happy hours.

The new Alcoa restaurant will create numerous local employment opportunities, with hiring expected to begin in early 2026. Additional details about the location and the specific opening date will be released as the project progresses.
