Federman & Sherwood investigates Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (“Access Sports”) for data breach. On September 12, 2024, Access Sports filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General’s Office of Maine after an unauthorized party gained access to their network. Access Sports launched an investigation into the incident determining certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was acquired around May 10, 2024.
