NOV Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

NOV Inc. (NYSE: NOV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock, payable on September 27, 2024 to each stockholder of record on September 13, 2024.
