Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Sasquatch Pest Control Corp. (Sasquatch) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Portland, Oregon, Sasquatch is a provider of residential pest control services. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
