Advancing Eco Agriculture (AEA), a Pioneer in Regenerative Agriculture, Launches Community Fundraising Campaign

Company opens unique investment opportunity to farmers, ag investors and regenerative agriculture supporters

Advancing Eco Agriculture (AEA), a farm consultancy and nutritional products company dedicated to increasing yield and crop performance while reducing or eliminating the need for pesticides and fertilizers, has launched a community fundraising campaign open to the public.

Through Wefunder, the company is providing a unique opportunity to farmers, ag investors and regenerative agriculture supporters to become a part of its growth and future development.

Since 2006, AEA has worked with more than 10,000 growers across four million acres in the United States and globally, successfully implementing regenerative agriculture systems – a growing $3.6 billion market – on intensive farm operations.

AEA works with growers of all methodologies and crop types to implement regenerative agriculture systems that require fewer inputs, increasing yields and profits. This is achieved through a combination of plant nutrients and biologicals, expert consulting, plant and soil testing, data-driven crop nutrition programs, and real-time analytics to measure performance.

This community raise will enable AEA to further develop new and existing products, services and technologies. It will allow the company to further build its team and expand beyond its current markets in North and South America and parts of Europe to new and adjacent markets. This will drive accessibility and scalability for AEA’s regenerative agriculture systems globally.

AEA's expansion efforts will be showcased later this week when, in response to growing demand for its regenerative plant nutrition products and services, the company hosts a grand opening for its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Aurora, Colo.

"Regenerative agriculture is fundamentally about regenerating relationships on all levels: microbes and plants, livestock and landscapes, and people and organizations," said John Kempf, founder and chief vision officer for AEA.

"Our community fundraise further incorporates regenerative relationships into our DNA. It does this by inviting our grower community and others who believe in regenerative agriculture and its positive financial and social impact to invest in us and our mission. It is these symbiotic relationships that will fuel and drive AEA's continued growth and success.

"Together, along with our farmers, partners, supporters, AEA team and other investors, we have the opportunity to change the face of agriculture from a historically extractive industry to one that revitalizes rural communities, restores our health, and transforms our world for the better."

In April 2022, AEA raised $4.7 million in financing, both equity and debt, in the company's first-ever external round of funding, with impact investor participation and non-equity financing support from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
