Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for Recruitment, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.

The Military Times “Best for Vets: Employer” is an annual award given to the highest-ranking employers nationwide. The rankings are calculated based on weighted scores within domains such as recruitment and employment practices, retention and support programs, employment support for Guard and Reserve employees, and general inclusive workplace policies.
