Keynote Speaker
This year we are thrilled to have industry luminary Jon Picoult keynote and share his wisdom, helping us all look at “customer experience” through an entirely new lens – one that’s grounded in the provocative premise that customer satisfaction is the wrong goal.
“Real competitive advantage doesn’t come from just satisfying customers – it requires impressing them,” says Picoult, who is the author of the acclaimed book From Impressed To Obsessed and Founder of Watermark Consulting. “I am elated to be speaking at THiS,” Picoult added, “and excited to share the science-based techniques that legendary companies use to truly impress customers and turn them into lifelong fans.”
Additional speakers from Adobe, Amazon Web Services, AnswerLab, AT&T, Dell, Fanduel, Fidelity, Forrester Research, Google, Hello Fresh, Kin and Carta, Klaviyo, Liquid Agency, Lumen Technologies, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, RingCentral, Wish, Zendesk, Zillow and more. You can find the full list of speakers here.
“At UserTesting, we believe the path to human understanding starts with empathy—seeing and hearing the unique perspectives of another person while they engage with the world around them,” said Michelle Huff, Chief Marketing Officer of UserTesting. “We’re excited to have attendees join us for thought-provoking panels, spotlights, and keynote presentations led by industry influencers, practitioners, and business leaders at some of the most innovative companies in the world. Attendees will be able to learn how to create great experiences built on deep customer empathy and human insight.”
