Executive search professionals supporting top-20 firm’s 77% growth

ON Partners, the experience-driven retained executive search firm, today announced that the firm, which has grown 77% year over year, has promoted consultants Sean Cantarella, Nina McMaster and Alex Pelak to partners. They will support ON Partners’ exponential growth in several sectors, including consumer, life sciences and healthcare, technology, industrial, fintech, gaming, insurance tech, aerospace and defense, and business services.

The firm’s experienced team of consultants continues to place C-level, board and senior executives across multiple industries and functions. Recent placements include C-level appointments for ADT, Columbia Sportswear, Glassdoor, Intelycare, Lower and Tropical Smoothie Café.

McMaster joined ON Partners in 2013 and specializes in placing senior-level talent across a variety of practice areas, including life sciences, technology and healthcare IT and functionally in board, CIO and CTO roles. She has placed senior executives with clients including Intelycare, McAfee, McKesson, Quantum Health and RxBenefits, among others.

Since he joined the firm in 2015, Pelak has brought a strong focus in the technology, aerospace and defense, and industrial sectors. His recent work includes multiple senior-level placements for lidar, photonics, semiconductor, advanced materials and consumer electronics clients including MTI, II-VI, APITech, Alpine Advanced Materials, Viavi and many more.
