Transaction furthers Relation’s presence in the New York marketplace

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of New York-based Ginsberg Agency, LLC (“Ginsberg”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ginsberg specializes in commercial lines with a focus on the construction industry, while also providing personal lines insurance solutions to clients throughout New York. Ginsberg is headquartered in Oceanside, New York, and Jonathan Ginsberg will continue in his current capacity with Relation.
