RALEIGH, NC / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / Prometheus Group, a global provider of enterprise asset management and asset performance management software, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of the VisualAIM business, a provider of integrated software solutions for industrial asset management, mechanical integrity, intelligent P&IDs, and inspection workflow optimization. The transaction was structured as an asset acquisition and closed on July 30, 2026.

The addition of VisualAIM's capabilities broadens Prometheus Group's asset performance management offering for industrial operators.
