Marquis Who's Who Honors Tori Weeks for Leadership in Financial Services
UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Tori Weeks for her leadership in financial services and expertise in absence management. With extensive experience in her field, Ms. Weeks currently serves as head of health and productivity, analytics and consulting practice at Prudential Financial. Through her dedicated work, she provides cutting-edge financial analytic services to her clients.

Discovering a Career in Workers' Compensation
Ms. Weeks began her professional career as an extended case management team lead at CareWorks in 1997, where she was introduced to the field of workers' compensation. Soon enough, she was promoted to a special team that handled unique accounts, one of which included Ohio State University. By 2001, she was recruited to work directly at the university as a claims manager.
From The Ohio State University to Prudential Financial
Over the next decade, Ms. Weeks rose from claims manager to overseeing manager-integrated disability, unemployment and benefits, to associate director of benefits, and finally to associate director of employee benefits and strategy and risk management at Ohio State University. In 2014, she transitioned from her position at the university to become director of workforce solutions at Unum.
Four years later, Ms. Weeks joined Prudential Financial, starting as regional director of health and productivity analytics and consulting practice. Within five years, she became a senior director in the same areas. By 2024, she was appointed head of health and productivity analytics and consulting practice, where she currently serves today. In this role, she provides customized insights based on data analytics and develops solutions alongside a team of senior analysts and regional directors reporting to her.
Though Ms. Weeks knew nothing about workers' compensation when she entered the field, she discovered a genuine passion for the work and dedicated herself to finding success. She attributes her current achievements to her willingness to learn, which has enabled her to excel in the field. Today, she has influenced state legislation, established return-to-work programs and navigated complex political landscapes in order to foster positive cultures by supporting employees' mental health and overall wellbeing, and creating a more supportive and inclusive work environment.
Civic and Membership Involvement
Outside of her professional career, Ms. Weeks is also involved in several civic organizations. She serves on the executive advisory board of the Disability Management Employer Coalition and is the past president of its Ohio chapter. Furthermore, she has received certification as a workers' compensation professional and ergonomics assessment specialist and became a Signature Select leadership graduate through Signature Leaders in 2022.
Plans for the Future
Within the next five to 10 years, Ms. Weeks has ambitions to continue expanding her knowledge in order to support her team's growth. Always supporting those around her, she genuinely hopes that her team will find success and wants to help them build their own legacies. As she continues her work, Ms. Weeks aims to begin her transition toward retirement, while taking on consulting work to stay active in her field.
