Net Lease Walgreens Sold by The Boulder Group
The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm completed the sale of a single tenant Walgreens located at 7860 Raeford Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina for $5,160,000.
The 13,813 square-foot building benefits from its position along Raeford Road which experiences over 21,000 vehicles per day and is a primary thoroughfare leading to downtown Fayetteville. The subject Walgreens property is surrounded by several nationally recognized retailers including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Walmart Supercenter, ALDI, Food Lion, Tractor Supply Company, Chick-Fil-A, Goodwill, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, Dollar Tree, and many others. There is a large population of 102,840 people within a 5-mile radius that earn an average household income of $74,314.
Randy Blankstein and John Feeney of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The seller was a real estate partnership, and the buyer was northeast based and in a 1031 exchange.
