On March 25, 2010, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (the “Company”) announced its results of operations for the fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2010. A copy of the press release issued by the Company relating thereto is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
