Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 22, 2009, Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. and Metavante Technologies,
Inc. issued a joint press release announcing that they have each received a request for additional
information and documentary material, often referred to as a Second Request, from the United
States Department of Justice under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as
amended, in connection with their proposed merger announced on April 1, 2009. A copy of the joint
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
