Subject: Statement made pursuant to Circular VIII, No:54 of the Capital Markets Board

Following the revision of Turkey’s ratings, International Credit Rating Agency Fitch has upgraded Turkcell’s long-term foreign currency from “BB” to “BBB-”. Turkcell’s local currency rating and outlook on both of the currencies have been affirmed.
