The following letter was sent to shareholders of record of Electromed, Inc. on October 23, 2013 explaining and correcting an error in the printing of individualized proxy cards.

The proxy card you previously received for the Fiscal 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Electromed, Inc. did not include a control number. This control number should be located in the box in the top right corner of the proxy card and is needed to submit your vote electronically. If you have not yet voted your proxy, you can submit your vote by phone or internet using the enclosed proxy card with the 11 digit control number. You can also submit your vote by returning the enclosed proxy card by mail in the enclosed envelope.
